Thank you for your interest in protecting the hovawart in North America!

Please check the appropriate statement:

____ I am a responsible hovawart owner. The pedigree and information checked on My Hovawart is enclosed for each of my hovawarts so they can be included in the North American database. The additional information will be forwarded to AHNA as soon as it is available.
____ I don't currently own a hovawart, but will immediately provide this information if I am ever lucky enough to acquire one.

I have read the Mission Statement, agree with the values and principles of AHNA, and would like to become a guardian of the hovawart. I promise to abide by the by-laws and breeding regulations of AHNA for as long as I belong to the club.
